EverGreen Homes

Built in 2012, EverGreen Homes is a duplex rental community located at 14th and Washington Streets in Marion. Units range from 2-3 bedrooms, with ADA accessible units available. These homes are Energy Star certified and include design elements that will keep your home comfortable and your utility bills low. All units include a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Tenants have access to a share community room nestled between two duplexes. The space can be reserved for larger parties or gatherings, includes additional laundry facilities, exercise equipment, and access to gardening space at the Flying Tomato Community Garden just 2 blocks away.
